QFL Wu Yi Tea 60-Day Guarantee

We guarantee you will be thrilled with any product(s) you have ordered from us on this website, or you can return your order within sixty (60) days from the date the order was confirmed delivered by our shipping partner for a refund of your product purchase price less shipping & handling, subject to these conditions:

If you wish to return products, please call 732.906.1070 (M-F 9AM-5PM EST) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). A Return Authorization Number is required to return your order. A $25 restocking fee will apply for items returned without an RMA.

Refunds apply to first-time purchases only. Refill orders do not apply. If you would like to cancel future refill orders, please comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the “QFL Wu Yi Tea Risk-Free Trial Refill Program Terms and Conditions”.

Your refund will be issued within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned package of unopened product less shipping and handling charges.

All product returned to us as part of this guarantee shall be shipped at your cost. Packages must be returned prepaid.

All product included in the original order (including any free or promotional product) must be returned to receive a full refund.

If multiple units were ordered only one unit of like product (e.g., box or bag) may be opened to receive full refund. All opened units must be included in return to QFL.

International or repeating sales are final. If you are in our refill program and wish to cancel or change your existing membership status, a 7-day advance notice prior to your next shipment is required.

Any and all shipping and handling shall remain non-refundable.

All refunds associated with the 60 Day Guarantee shall be credited to your Active Credit Card.

Returns for other reasons will be subject to website credit.
